Boxing was a foundational program at the Club, thanks to Carl Delberta. It is an honor to have this wonderful program back in action for our Club members. From beginners to advanced fighters, our boxing classes offer a comprehensive approach to this high-energy sport. Lead by experienced and passionate Coach Leo, participants will learn proper boxing techniques, including footwork, punch combinations, and defensive moves, while also gaining strength, agility, and endurance. Beyond the physical benefits, boxing encourages discipline, focus, and self-confidence.
