Our strength training and cardio fitness programs are designed to increase motor skills, coordination, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, as well as promote lifelong health and wellness. This is a safety first program, and junior members ages 6-13 are supervised closely and prohibited from attempting heavy lifts. Members ages 14 and older may use the fitness room facilities after they have been trained and qualified by an OBGC instructor. Any abuse of neglect of fitness room rules will result in revocation of privileges.
In addition to our individualized programs in our fitness room, we offer group fitness classes with our certified instructor throughout the year. In the past, the classes have included yoga, Pilates, core strength, boot camp formats.
